Our LGBTQ+ Health and Wellbeing Service is here to support your whole self. LGBTQ+ people can experience unique challenges and health inequalities, particularly around alcohol and drug use.

This service offers an inclusive, affirming space where you can feel safe, seen and supported — whether you are seeking help, connection or simply a place to be yourself.

We provide tailored one-to-one support alongside a range of group sessions and community-led activities — from yoga, mindfulness and cooking to health workshops and social events.Whether you are looking for support with your mental health, navigating life’s challenges or building new connections, we are here to walk alongside you — every step of the way.
